Wellsite Geologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely accurate and consistent well site reporting in line with company reporting instructions. Prepare daily geological reports, QC mud logs, witness and QC wireline operations, describe cuttings and core samples.
• Participate in supervision of well site activities to ensure work is done efficiently and safely in compliance with approved drilling programs.
• Prepare well acts and dossiers for the local authorities.
• Prepare Final Well Reports.
• Participate in providing technical expertise in all areas of geology to optimize exploration, development and production
• Ad-hoc assignments

Who we are looking for:

Qualifications:

• BSc in geosciences or higher
• Previous Wellsite Geology and/ or Mudlogging experience is an advantage
• Fluent in both, written and spoken English
