Stimulation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Stimulation Supervisor supports the Drilling and Production Technology departments and is responsible for all aspects of well stimulation:

• Stimulation Supervisor must co-ordinate, control and supervise all stimulation treatments at the well site.
• Stimulation Supervisor must strive to improve and understand importance of safety, accurately report all safety related non-conformances and lessons learned. Stimulation Supervisor must ensure all stimulations are designed and executed in compliance with Company and governmental regulations regarding environmental pollution and control Contractor in terms of following all applicable QHSE Policies, Standards and Procedures.
• Stimulation Supervisor shall constantly monitor availability and condition of fracturing equipment, materials and personnel to avoid any possible delays. Insure an adequate inventory of stimulation chemicals and equipment exists for the department’s current work program. Insure inventories are ordered/purchased in a timely manner. Audit contractor’s warehouse supplies as needed.
• Stimulation Supervisor must prepare all stimulation programmes as required. Pre-job discussions and agreements with vendors must be obtained in connection to each stimulation job.
• Post-job evaluation of job results including written reports must be performed in connection to each stimulation job. Where the report is compiled by a third party contractor it is the responsibility of Stimulation Supervisor to ensure that contractors report is correct and consistent and a thorough QA/QC must be made.
• Stimulation Supervisor must maintain and develop knowledge of stimulation engineering related topics and seek implementation of new technology where applicable. Furthermore, onsite training of Company's less experienced staff is part of Stimulation Supervisor responsibility.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, thus ensuring an efficient and professional outcome in all matters and a good working climate.

Who we are looking for

The position of Stimulation Supervisor requires higher professional (technical) education and oilfield experience as a Stimulation Supervisor/Engineer not less than 3 years.
