Quality,Environment &Health Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project QEHS assurance plan preparation, presentation to the project members.
• Organize building of the model site
• Clarify the quality standards with customers and take their confirmation or approval before CW and TI started.
• Monitor that all works in the project are done according to the specification and the quality standards.
• Coordination of health, safety, environment and quality issues of the project
• Responsible for managing the overall project quality issues.
• Responsible for delivery of the project Policies, Procedures, Standard & Methods (PPS&M).
• Responsible for providing training to required project members of the PPS&M and ensure that project teams comply in a professional manner.
• Site quality audit to be implemented according quality assurance plan.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality problems through the reports.
• Responsible for providing QEHS training to suppliers
• Organizing kick-off meeting according to site audit analyzes.
• Analyzing the problems occurred in each stage of the project, finding solutions, and taking actions to prevent them
• Test and verify subcontractors are qualified or not before subcontractor provide service to HUAWEI
• Weekly report preparation for Regional Project Manager (RPM)
• Any other task which may given by RPM or PD

Requirements:

• Higher vocational (technical) education.
• Experience with acquisition and agreement of object legalization documents from recognized supervisory body of RK
• Excellent knowledge of construction and installation standards (for telecom equipment)
• Experience in telecom companies in a similar position for at least 3-5 years.
• Good skill in software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Power Point.
• Good English ability in reading, writing and conversation (preferably but not required)
• Driver License category B
• Ready to use the personal car in work
