Ensure that permitting documentation is managed in an effective way both in hard copy and in PRC Information System (PRC IS)/Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to support PRC Department in Atyrau and Corporate PRC activities;
Ensure that documentation is properly uploaded into the PRC IS / EDMS and hard copies are properly filed into a coherent document filing system and preserved for retrievably;
Keeping records and maintaining electronic registers of all permitting documents and correspondence files (hard copy and electronic), as required by Document Control Instructions and procedures;
Acting as a PRC Administrator for the PRC Electronic Document & Information System as well as other tasks related to Permitting and Regulatory Compliance as assigned;
Develop and maintain a coherent document filing system for hard copies, filing all documents accordingly;
Liaise with other Document Control Centers in the Company to ensure documents are uploaded into EDMS;
Support and assistance for Logistics and Sales departments for purchase order, timely payment, timely delivery of materials;
Preparing reports for management regarding the ongoing status of materials;
Responsible for registration and sending to the relevant departments of the invoice, consignment notes, acts, delivery notes and power of attorney;
Conclusion of an agreement with individual entrepreneur for: rent of apartment, car rental, mobile phone ordering; ordering of stationeries;
Responsible for routine coordination of the company vehicle and its effective allocation;
Arrangement of meetings, business trips, travel expenses, accommodation, hotel reservation, etc. making of timesheets of employees.
