Country Manager (FOREİGN Company)

Requirements
• University degree
• Min. 15 years of working experience and min. 8 years of Management experience (in high level positions) in Logistics sector or Logistics/Supply Chain Management field,
• Good knowledge of Logistics business processes, with experience in sales and operations
• Advanced knowledge of English
• No obligation of international business travel
Responsibilities:
Responsible to facilitate the country’s domestic and foreign market research and competitor analysis; determine the medium and long term marketing goals and strategies according to the company’s objectives
Provide timely and accurate realization of all activities to organize, manage and evaluate results and take the necessary actions to achieve the targets in logistics services
Identify potential opportunities and customers; provide suggestions for creating alternative investment proposals and alternative organizations
Responsible for the achievement of the country’s strategic and sales targets achieved
Responsible to follow the developments and new processes in head Office and adapt to Kazakhstan
Responsible to follow the country’s legal process, regulations and requirements according to the country’s changing sectors
