Contribute to the systematic management of safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of Company Operational Excellence strategy and BBS program.
Be a member of the Company team on the operations, maintenance, projects of the Tengiz Facilities Management Group.
Develop Contracting Business Plan.
Prepare and process contracts using Company standards.
Coordinate with SCM C&SP and be a leader in negotiations of contracts terms and conditions.
Initiate and manage all contracts related processes such as Amendments, Work Authorizations, Change Orders.
Participate in bid process, prepare necessary data.
Coordinate with Contractors and provide guidance and assistance on operational matters.
Ensure Contractors comply with contract terms.
Carry out audits.
Liaise with all Company Business related groups, e.g. Finance General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
Support budget business plan development, TFM OPEX / CAPEX.
Provide inputs to monthly OPEX forecasts and monthly accruals.
Monitor financial, contracts processes and administrative activities to insure compliance with ROK regulatory & Company procedures.
