Tracking payments received from customers and regular distribution of updated information to project managers.
Distribution of project costs, obtaining approval for distribution from project coordinators
Keeping a register of received invoices, expense reports and other documents.
Collection of signatures on acts of completed work and invoices, return to suppliers of copies thereof.
Preparation of a time sheet of staff employees, verification and delivery of time sheets and nutrition of other regions.
Consolidation of excel files for recording the working hours of contractors, verification of acts and bills from contractors, and delivery to certain departments on time.
Counting worked days and hours of staff and contractors for the personnel department.
Preparing an act to write off materials on a monthly basis, collecting signatures and submitting to accounting.
Responses to requests from other regions, suppliers, customers.
Strict adherence to the schedule for closing the month, and the established deadlines for the submission of documents and other information from the strategic unit, to the personnel department, accounting and other services of the Company,
